According to Art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of April 27, 2016, I inform you that the administrator of your personal data is Mercer Solar sp. z o.o., ul. Taneczna 18, 02-829 Warsaw.

Your personal data will be processed in order to implement cooperation resulting from the concluded contract or agreement, including in particular ensuring proper communication between you and the Administrator, as well as for the purpose of storing and issuing accounting documents and internal reporting. This processing is necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract or agreement, Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b of the GDPR, for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator in the form of ensuring the performance of contracts and agreements concluded by Mercer Solar, including in particular proper communication with persons indicated in the contracts and agreements (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) and due to legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator (Article 6(1)(c). Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the contract, and then for the period resulting from the provisions of the tax law and until the parties’ claims under the concluded contract or agreement expire.

Your personal data may be transferred to suppliers of IT systems and services with whom the Administrator cooperates, advisory and consulting companies, companies providing documentation destruction services and may be made available to authorized entities upon a documented request, e.g. the police.

To the extent resulting from the GDPR and with the limitations indicated therein, you have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to raise objections. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office located at 2 Stawki Street in Warsaw. More information is available at www.uodo.gov.pl.

Your personal data will not be used in automated decision-making processes, including profiling, and will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Providing your personal data is necessary to conclude and/or perform the contract, the consequence of not providing them will be the inability to conclude and/or perform the contract.
