The Administrator, in connection with the conclusion and implementation of the Agreement with your employer, has obtained or will obtain your personal data in the field of name, surname, position, telephone number, email address.

Your personal data will be processed in order to ensure effective performance of the contract concluded between the Administrator and your employer. This processing results from the legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator, which is to ensure the proper implementation of the concluded contract (GDPR, Article 6(1)(f). Your personal data may also be processed in order
to pursue or establish claims or defend against claims arising from the concluded contract. This processing results from the legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator, which is to ensure the possibility of pursuing or defending against possible claims (GDPR, Article 6(1)(f). Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the contract concluded with your employer and then for a period of 6 years in order to ensure the possibility of pursuing or defending against any claims.

Your personal data may be transferred to suppliers of IT systems and services, companies providing consultancy services in the field of tax and law, Poczta Polska and may be made available to authorized entities upon a documented request.

To the extent resulting from the GDPR and with the limitations indicated therein, you have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data and the right to raise objections.
