In order to ensure high quality customer service, the Administrator uses call monitoring. Your personal data regarding the recordings of your conversations with the Administrator are processed on the basis of your voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). You express your consent through a clear action, which is an uninterrupted connection with the Administrator (conclusive consent). Your personal data regarding call monitoring will be processed for up to three months from the date of recording.

Your personal data may be transferred to companies providing facility security services, suppliers of IT systems and services with whom the Administrator cooperates, and may be made available to authorized entities upon a documented request, e.g. by the police.
To the extent resulting from the GDPR and with the limitations indicated therein, you have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to raise objections and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, located at 2 Stawki Street in Warsaw. More information is available at www.uodo.gov.pl.
