In order to ensure safety and protection of property on the premises of photovoltaic farms, video monitoring is used. Your personal data in the field of image will be processed on the basis of art.6 par.1 lit. f GDPR - processing is necessary for the purpose resulting from the legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator, and this purpose is to ensure the safety of persons staying in the area covered by the monitoring and protection of property. Your personal data regarding the image will be processed for up to three months from the date of recording.

Your personal data may be transferred to companies providing facility security services, suppliers of IT systems and services with whom the Administrator cooperates, and may be made available to authorized entities upon a documented request, e.g. by the police.
To the extent resulting from the GDPR and with the limitations indicated therein, you have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to raise objections. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, located at 2 Stawki Street in Warsaw. More information is available at www.uodo.gov.pl.

Your personal data will not be used in automated decision-making processes, including profiling, and will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
